Are you passionate about biking but face challenges due to an upper limb difference?

Form5 is seeking motivated individuals to participate in the second round of large-scale testing for our innovative Bike Arm Adapter—a device designed to help individuals with upper limb differences.

What is the Bike Arm Adapter?

The Bike Arm Adapter is an assistive device that attaches to a bicycle handlebar, allowing individuals with an upper limb difference or amputation (below the elbow) to ride comfortably and safely. The adapter includes a socket where the rider’s limb is inserted, without the need for fastening, ensuring both flexibility and security while biking.

  • Upon successful completion of testing, participants can keep their Bike Arm Adapter!
